Production facilities and environment

Introduction of the factory

The factory is located in the Jinggangshan National Agricultural and Technological Park, in Ji’an city of the Jiangxi provience, west in the China mainlands.

The production land

The environment of which both the factory and production is situated in, consitutes an area of 30 000 square meters dedicated to planting and harvesting camellia trees, and furthermore to the research of camellia oleifera - the camellia seed oil.

Use of production residuals

From the cold-pressing process we are left with a powder cake from the seed residuals. The powder has a historical, agricultural and medicinal position as a nutritious alternative for cleaning of dishes, shampoo, face scrub and organic fertilizers.

We seek to maintain a sustainable product profile where we don’t get rid of the powder cake, conventionally defined as useless leftovers. Therefore, we strive to perceive and treat these leftovers as components for other applications.

The production facilities

After harvesting the seeds, they are transported to our production facilities. As part of the process of cold-pressing these wild grown camellia seeds, we have adopted ecological standards and thereof follow strict procedures in line with principles of green production and refinery.
